We are currently harvesting the 2025 crop, which is of good quality although the quantity is considerably lower than in previous years and lower than expected. The Favorita and Barbera grapes have already ripened and been harvested slightly early, while the Nebbiolo grapes are still waiting for the right moment as they are the last to ripen… Despite the inevitable hard work, it is always a celebration when we can bring a tasty and healthy natural product to the cellar, the fruit of four seasons of labour… and a sign of an exceptional vintage!
