Thirty-seven wineries from Barolo, Barbaresco and Roero presented themselves in Milan on Monday 16 February, including Paola Oberto Azienda Agricola, which attracted considerable interest with its five wines from the new vintages on sale this year!
This is the successful event that Go Wine dedicates every year to Milan and beyond, with a special focus on the new vintages of Barolo, Barbaresco and Roero.
It is an opportunity to learn more and taste: through tasting and dialogue, visitors can discover the profile of the wineries present, with their history, terroirs and the little secrets of wines that arrive on the table after years of ageing and refinement.
The event took place in the halls of the Hotel Melià, in the presence of the wineries themselves.
In keeping with tradition, space was also reserved for older vintages, to highlight the longevity of great wines.
The tasting counter also featured several wineries from other areas of Piedmont.
A masterclass on the new vintages of Barolo and Roero enriched the event, which was aimed at industry professionals, Go Wine members and enthusiasts.
