FAMILY TRADITION

The Oberto family has been dedicated to viticulture for more than four generations in the La Morra area, with a particular focus on historic Barolo crus such as ‘Bricco San Biagio’ and the enhancement of the Langhe terroir.

ECO-SUSTAINABILITY

lightweight bottle: lower consumption of CO2 in production and fuel for transport;
natural cork/agglomerate corks: 100% recyclable, negative CO2 balance (growth and production absorb more CO2 than processing and transport emit); use of renewable energy; packaging: 100% recyclable

OENOLOGICAL EXCELLENCE

Thanks to an accurate growing technique and oenological choices, the company offers a range of wines that reflect the typicality of the territory, from Favorita Sansussi' to Barolo "La Morra", guaranteeing products suitable for both convivial moments and high level tastings.

Quality wine making since 4 generations

The Winery
For more than 4 generations, the Oberto family has dedicated itself to viticulture on the hill of La Morra, initially on the Santa Maria side, where Paola still cultivates her Nebbiolo-grapes to become Barolo in the crù area called “Bricco San Biagio.”

Since 2017 she has been operating in her new production nucleus of the Cascina Santa Caterina on the southwest side of the hill

SHARING PASSION

Hospitality
The 18th-century ‘Villa delle Delizie’ located in the heart of its vineyards has been transformed into the Santa Caterina Langhe Country House.

Here, at the entrance to the UNESCO Barolo area, we host those who want to experience the Langhe and its culture in a refined yet authentic environment.

Wide spaces, in a splendid location, kissed by the sun from morning until sunset, which lights up the breathtaking panorama of the Maritime Alps on the horizon.
